Description
This course introduces the basic methods used in studies of enzymes, proteins, nucleic acids and their interactions. Different methods of extraction, purification, analysis and production of biomolecules are discussed in general but also by means of some precise examples. Prerequisite: BCH 227; also listed as BIO 337.
