Biochemical Methods

This course is an introduction to basic methods used in studies of enzymes, proteins, nucleic acids and their interactions. Different methods of extraction, purification, analysis and production of biomolecules are discussed in general but also by means of some precise examples. Prerequisite: BIO 227.
