Chocolate Making

This course is designed for students passionate about chocolate and professionals who would like to set up a business in confectionery and catch the trends and opportunities of the market. It will provide the students with the mandatory platform of knowledge and skills in chocolate works by covering the fascinating journey of chocolate, from cacao bean to finished product, and focusing on the application in confectionery through theoretical and hands-on learning approaches. It is a good start to gain complete fundamental knowledge and basic skills of working with chocolate. Corequisite: FBM 316.
