This MBS is a capstone course integrating the various concepts and skills taught in the other business courses. It focuses on strategic planning and business policy formulation and implementation. Students will get a deep understanding of the process by which an organization maintains its competitiveness within its work environment by determining its present business position, where it wants to go, and how it can get there. Different tools used by top consulting firms around the globe are applied in this course to build winning strategies. Prerequisite: MBS611. Research Component
