Description
This is an introductory course on corporate strategy. The course focuses on the strategic management process which encompasses mission statement formulation, internal and external environment scanning, identification of strategic alternatives and strategic choice as well as corporate social responsibility. Students are also exposed to different business models for corporate sustainability.
