E-Health

This course will introduce students to the field of health informatics. Nursing students will learn about their role in implementing patient care in a context of advancing ICT. Students will critically evaluate the health information system and their role in patient safety, safe medication administration, maintenance of patient privacy, data security, and the efficacy of health care processes.
