Chemistry in the Workplace

This course covers the basic theories of management functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. It explores current issues and challenges in chemical industry, such as increasing effectiveness, developing a strong project, stimulating the application of new research findings, and the appropriate use of resources in goal achievement.
