Description
This course covers fundamental principles of solution thermodynamics and chemical kinetics. It develops the rate laws, reactions mechanisms, collision theory, activated complex theory, the laws of thermodynamics and their application to chemical and biochemical systems. Prerequisite: CHM 211; also listed as CHM 321. overall nutritional health. Covers major metabolic pathways of biomolecules and discusses their dietary influences on common diseases. Prerequisite: BCH 227. BCH
