This course is designed to equip students with the skills and mindset necessary to innovate and lead in the rapidly evolving field of biology. Students will explore the intersection of biology and business, learning how to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and bring scientific ideas to market. Through case studies, interactive projects, and guest lectures from industry, students will gain practical insights and handson experience in transforming biological concepts into viable business ventures. Mission The BS in Biochemistry at NDU is committed to provide undergraduate students with a solid foundation in the chemical processes that underlie biological systems. The program incorporates laboratory-based courses that endow students with technical skills and the ability to interpret and critically evaluate biochemical information. It equips students with the academic qualifications needed to pursue higher education in the field, or work in biotech companies and related industries.
