Description
This course focuses on Special Relativity, Quantization of electricity, charge, and light, to thermodynamics: Kinetic Theory, Zeroth, blackbody radiation. particle-wave duality as well as Bohr model of Hydrogen, Schrodinger wave equation and application to one dimensional problem, three-dimensional solution of the Hydrogen atom, and angular momentum and spin. Corequisite: MAT 235.
