Actuarial Modeling

The course describes statistical techniques and models in Actuarial Sciences and illustrates the application of the estimation models for frequency, severity, and aggregate loss models, as well as the calculations of their characteristics. The course presents the credibility theory and highlights the limited fluctuation (classical) credibility approach. Prerequisite: STA 315.
