Description
This course covers the theory and operation of the Global Positioning System (GPS) and other Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). Design of GPS networks in accordance with current standards and specifications. the nature of cartography, basic geodesy, map projections, scaling, referencing and coordinate systems, cartographic perception and design. It also describes Global Positioning System (GPS), map data collection and design.
