Description
Familiarity with the Lebanese government. Nature of bureaucracy in modern government with emphasis on Lebanon. Explanation of why government agencies behave as they do. Focus on real and imagined problems with bureaucratic rule, and evaluation of commonly proposed solutions for these problems. Example from schools, armies, welfare bureaus, regulatory agencies and intelligence service among others.
