Description
Covers the elements of public planning, analysis, and evaluation of public policies and strategies in the context of declared governmental and social policies as well as public needs and welfare. This course aims at studying models and programs for assessing and evaluating public policies in relation to the administrative, economic, and social performance of the public sector. MASTER DEGRE processes and practices at all levels. Attention to the political variables that distinguish public sector from private sector labor relations.
