Description
Examines the development of constitutional law with regard to civil liberties and the protection of all citizens, including women and children, minorities, and ethnic, linguistic, and religious groups. The functions and roles of the courts to protect civil liberties represent one focus of the seminar, while the role of civic groups to promote them represents another.
