Strategic Planning for NGOs

This course will treat how NGOs can become more proactive, efficient, focused, and committed in their service delivery. The focus will be to assess current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and elaborate a strategic framework with the vision and mission statements, guiding values and principles and appropriate plans, programs, and projects.
