A comprehensive overview how development projects are being monitored and evaluated by the main stakeholders. Other central topics include; quantitative and qualitative methods on how to collect, store, and analyze data and information as well as how do design the M/E process as an integral part of the project management system. Prerequisite: NGO 611.
