Terrorism

This course studies terrorism in modern times, its definition, its history, its roots and its geographical spread. Other topics include: the political, religious, social, cultural, economic, and ideological causes of terrorism as well as international cooperation in the fight against terrorism. A number of case studies, including the September 11 terrorist attack and other examples selected from various countries supplement the course.
