Diplomacy: Theory and Practice

An examination of the principles and practice of diplomacy, international relations, and an analysis of the structures, functions, and procedures of diplomatic and consular services, including diplomatic privileges, immunities, and recruitment of diplomatic and consular personnel. Prerequisite: IAF 211 or consent of instructor.
