Constitutional Justice

This course addresses the birth and development of Constitutional Justice in the world. The course examines the different systems of Constitutional Justice in Lebanon, France, the USA, UK, etc., the Constitutional Council and its organization, the conditions for applications and forms of redress before the Constitutional Council, the Council’s decision, and the reference material (i.e. the constitutional bloc, organic laws, and principles of constitutional value.) Language of Instruction: Arabic (legal terms, however, are also given in English and French).
