Special Criminal Law

The course examines the following infractions against the: • Internal and international public safety; • General and judicial (forced) administration; Religion; • Family, persons (life, civic liberty, and honor); • Goods (robbery, swindle, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, counterfeiting); and • Intellectual property. Prerequisite: LAW 208. Language of Instruction: Arabic (legal terms, however, are also given in English and French).
