Civil Law VI: Special Contracts II

The course is designed to introduce students to the key concepts and theories of Special Contracts. The course explores the following topics: introduction to special contracts, comparison between nominate and innominate contracts, domestic and international sales agreement, lease, agency, and contracting agreement. Prerequisites: LAW 203, LAW 301. • Limited Liability Company; • Jointly-owned Company; • Joint-stock Company; • Company Limited by Shares; • Limited Partnerships Company; • Company with Variable Company; • Close-ended Company; and • Holding Company; Off-shore Company.
