Civil Law V: Special Contracts I

This course will endeavor to provide students with an understanding of the following contracts: • FIDIC; • BOT; • Transaction; • Compromise; • Aleatory Contracts; • Know-how; • Leasing; • Factoring; and • Franchise. Prerequisites: LAW 203, LAW 301 Language of Instruction: English (legal terms, however, are also given in Arabic and French).
