European Union Law

The course deals with the following: • The institutions of the EU, including the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice and General Court; • The essential features of the EU Law, and its incorporation into national law; • The principles of free movement of persons and services within the EU; • The rules governing the free movement of goods within the EU; and • European Business Law. Language of Instruction: English (legal terms, however, are also given in Arabic and French).
