Logic and the Scientific Method

This course introduces students to what may be called traditional logic. Emphasis is placed on the Greek philosophical tradition. Accordingly, there is a focus on Aristotle’s “Organon” and its influence on the corresponding important medieval traditions in Europe. Prerequisite: ENL 213.
