Cognitive Psychology

This course addresses the current theoretical and experimental foundations concerning how humans acquire and use knowledge. Piaget, Bruner, and Vygotsky’s theories of cognitive growth are studied. Topics discussed include the development of language, reasoning, problem solving, creativity, and intelligence. Prerequisite: PSL 201.
