Fundamentals of theory and practice of basic bulk metal and sheet metalworking processes. Calculation of energy and loads in forming. Selection of forming equipment. MEN Theory and practice in the use of instrumentation for measuring temperature, velocity, pressure and concentration; measurement of classical flow fields; Laserbased measurement techniques.
