Description
Operations management is critical to ensure a smooth running of the supply chain and to deliver value to customers and the business as a whole within its overall strategy. This course examines the different frameworks for designing, diagnosing, and improving operations, thereby contributing to creating and sustaining a competitive edge in the workplace. Topics include, but are not limited to, operations design, capacity planning and control, scheduling, supply chain logistics, and quality control and continuous improvement. M G
