Operations and Supply Chain Management

Operations management is critical to ensure a smooth running of the supply chain and to deliver value to customers and the business as a whole within its overall strategy. This course examines the different frameworks for designing, diagnosing, and improving operations, thereby contributing to creating and sustaining a competitive edge in the workplace.
