Leadership and Negotiations

The objective of this course is to present students with the principles of leadership and the practice of negotiation. This course is a practical approach to leadership influences on decision-making and negotiation by exploring power, bargaining, mediation, personality, and conflict resolution. Students will learn to utilize negotiation techniques in a professional, effective, and ethical approach. (Professional Track)
