This course provides an in-depth examination of the organizational staffing process. Procedures for human resources needs assessment such as personnel audits and forecasting are discussed. Recruitment strategies and the process of organizational choice of candidates are explored. There is an emphasis on understanding basic types of assessment tools and procedures for choosing new employees. Prerequisite: HRM 201.
