The objective of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how taxes function around the world and specifically in Lebanon. They learn how to prepare tax forms and determine what is taxable and what deductions are available. Topics include overview on taxation, chart of accounts, closing procedures, multi-currency transactions, social security, income taxes, and employment taxes. Prerequisite: Senior Standing.
