This course is an introduction to creating info-graphics, data visualizations, and environmental graphics for print and screen based solutions. The students will transform raw information into a visual model capable of communicating to a specific audience. Combining discussion and hands-on tool learning, this will cover basic design considerations, storytelling, and solid foundation for building info-graphics. Infographics work visually - conveying complex information instantly and persuasively, on the page or on a screen. Prerequisites: GDP 223 and GDP 227.
