Description
Fundamentals of thermal sciences including thermodynamics, fluid flow and heat transfer for non-ME students: properties of pure substances, energy & power, first law of thermodynamics, systems/ control volumes, fluid statics, Bernoulli equation, momentum equation, introduction to conduction, convection and radiation heat transfer. Prerequisite: MAT 235.
