Organic Chemistry Laboratory

Description
The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the main techniques encountered in organic chemistry lab such as extraction, recrystallization, simple and fractional distillation, thin layer and column chromatography, identification of functional groups, conduct chemical reactions. Emphasis is placed on the theory of these techniques. Corequisite: CHM 222.
