This course will survey the history of photography from its beginning to the present, covering major theoretical movements, including realism, modernism, surrealism, structuralism, postmodernism, and post structuralism. The survey will also study the development of digital photography and its potential theoretical impact. Prerequisite: ENG102 Passing grade [D] [3-0, 3cr.]
