This course provides the students with a view on the process and fundamental stages of a civil litigation from the commencement of a lawsuit to the issuance of a final judgment (e.g. jurisdiction, pleading, discovery, trial, choice of law, multiparty action, etc.). Students will also be given the chance to review recent court decisions to understand the development of the regulations of civil procedure.[3-0, 3 cr.].
