An overview of the of many NGOs and, like employees, need recruitment, reward, incentives, contracts, termination, and committees. This course will study the good practices and ethical issues around management of volunteers in NGOs and community work. Prerequisite: NGO 302. strategic framework involving Multilateral and Bilateral agencies, International and Local NGOs, and their partnerships, alliances, and relations in the MENA context.
