Friendly instructor, low workload. There’s a midterm and a final. Optional presentation. An assignment where you should track your steps (around 7500 steps a day), could be tracked using your phone or a fitness tracker.

It is a pretty easy course. you have a midterm and final. only one assignment during the whole semester and it is to walk 8500 steps/day for 14 days only.
