Best professor in ENG 204 course! she is really nice and if you want to learn something take it with her. There is workload a bit, weekly assignments, and working on paper but it's manageable. besides, high grader!
Fair workload but she can be a very tough grader. We had a critique in class (very easy, we prepared it at home), and we worked on the paper for the rest of the sem (pair work). Mid 80s is attainable (with effort) but high 80s/ 90s might be a far reach. Classes are boring as well.
I took english 204 with Professor Bissal, finally, after waiting a year and a half for a place in the course and I did not regret waiting one bit. The course is made easy. She assigns steps and small assignments as homework weekly in preparation of the final paper in a way that everything you need for that paper is already clear and planned out. At the time of writing your final product everything is super facilitated. Plus, the professor is cool and you can contact her very easily for any issue you might be facing! Her grading is fair and the amount of workload is very bearable. Really recommend.
Najwa is very sweet. However, the workload is very heavy. If you show interest, participate and follow her guidelines, high grades are obtainable, but a lot of efforts should be put in.
If you are taking 204 with Rabab. I wish you good luck. Even though she seems like a cute professor, you will find out the hard way that she is, in fact, NOT. Trust me, change professors.
Barely any workload. I remember we had 2 assignments, one of which was the final paper, and you do it in groups so you really end up writing like 3-4 pages. As for the grades, they’re pretty fair, you can expect to get mid to high 80’s, but she rarely gives 90’s. I’d highly recommend her though, especially if you’re taking a heavy semester
She gives average workload but really very high grades if you stick to the requirements of the assignments
Besides she is super nice and very lenient with deadline extensions
Recommended if you're willing to learn and follow up on a weekly base
90's are attainable if you show her that you're working hard
She's very nice and chill. We only Discuss readings and rarely study.. The teacher is always joking around and when something really needs to be explained she explains it
