The course exposes students to building systems and how to integrate them by best choosing materials and methods. The course will have particular emphasis on mechanical and electrical equipment in buildings, roofing, glazing, cladding, interior finishes, partitions, and cost estimation and construction of the various systems. It will present some of professional construction documents including execution drawings, details, and specifications.
