Description
Aims to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to develop, implement and sustain strategies for managing supply chains. We will focus on both developing conceptual frameworks and using analytical tools for supply chain management. Real business cases will be extensively used. Supply chain concepts and solution techniques using analytical tools will be applied to various supply chain issues.
