Exploration of individual and collective aspects of employment in Lebanon. Topics covered include employment contract, duties of employers and employees, impact of legislation providing for health, safety and welfare, workers’ compensation, industrial disputes, strikes, and social security law. Prerequisite: MGT 311. reliability. Prerequisite: Senior Standing.
