Both are very good for this course

He gives some previous exam,not necessarily the hard previouses. He's a good guy in explanation, not so heavy loaded

The course was heavily loaded but it's definitely worth it and any serious computer engineering student and tech holic should shoot for Prof. Mansour's ICs and microprocessors' courses

Chehab is really good but the exams of Chehab and Mansour will be common and if you want to compare who explains better, I'd go for Mansour. But most people would tell you go for Chehab,
