Electric Machines and Power Fundamentals

Personally I found the exams relatively easier based on the time you spend studying for each one. Overall I highly recommend taking this course in summer with Dr. Chaaban.

Dr Chaaban is amazing, hands down best power prof in AUB. Really knowledgeable, explains well, but exams are harder and more conceptual to match. Heavily recommend him

Taking this course with professor Chaaban will be the best decision you will ever make. The man has earned his PhD in Machines and will deliver the information in the best way possible. Very fair exams and grades. Prof. Hazem Chahine on the other side has a different approach. He focuses more on the industrial aspect of things and you might find his class boring at times. Very challenging exams that require memorization
