Hiba Hussein . She's really good. Works so hard to make her students really understand the material
She really tries to help you understand. Does a small recap of the chapter at the beginning of the recitation to make sure everyone knows what's going on.
Really sweet, makes sure you understand, gives you questions that will come in exam, explains well, really low workload 2 exams only
If you're looking for a light-workload social elective then this course is for you. You will only really remember this course during midterm week and finals season. However, I do recommend not taking the exams lightly and practicing well with test banks beforehand. Any professor works for this course as far as I know.
I definitely don't recommend this course with this prof for online!! especially if you don't have a background in econ. the material isn't difficult at all, the classes are asynchronous lectures posted on moodle that make the material look so simple then the exams are completely different, not easy at all
Econ 211 is generally an easy course. I took it as a free elective with Dr. Hiba Hussein, she is amazing when it comes to explanation. She makes you understand every single detail. I don't recommend skipping her classes if you are aiming for a high grade.
Dr Casto is the best!!! The course is interesting but a bit tough to students who cannot keep track of it. Concerning Ghina, try to take it with another instructor especially if the semester was online. She is fast but sometimes she confuses what's required and what's not.
Usamah explains really well and does everything on board so u have to copy what he writes and draws. His exams can be challenging though
Usamah of course. He explains on the board like in school & his classes are fun. Plus it's not cumulative with him.
Castro is good in explanation but tough in lectures like if you come late or look at your phone you may go out. Not so sure about Hussein Radmard he was my advisor and he seemed nice but idk if he explains well
