Loved her! We had 3 papers and a presentation about one of the papers we wrote. make sure to participate in class and go to her office hours since she helps you a lot in guiding you. you can easily get an A if you follow her guidelines and tips
Instructor is flexible in grading. There are collective readings. He is flexible with the assignments and fair grader
Instructor is amazing. The class discussions are very interesting and there are readings once a week.
Dr. harfoush is the best instructor. High grades are easily attainable. The workload is moderate you can manage it easily. Highly recommended course
One of the most interesting courses. There's workload but it's super worth it and she grades fairly
I took with Hayat this semester and if you write everything she says in the exams you can guarantee an 80+. She explains really well, and she’s really nice. There’s a group project before the exam and you get a bonus if you were the best group. Her classes are really interactive and they’re not boring at all. Her exams are quotes from the books that you have to identify and either an essay question or a paragraph from one of the books with questions. I personally enjoy her classes
James is one of the best professors at AUB. If you do the readings and listen to him, you’ll do great. He’ll make the course really interesting.
Higher workload than other professors but high grades are guaranteed if you read the assigned readings, participate and take good notes + he is leniant with attendance and not boring at all
Highly recommended. Hes gd and explaiins well. He puts high grades ,tests not bad but u have to be veryyy attentive in class and read all the assigned readings otherwise u can't do gd
nisreen is very chill and not much workload but her grading criteria for exams are kinda unclear and expect an 85
It won't be like the typical -boring- cvsp classes. It'll be fun and interactive. But, grades usually range between 80-86.
James Roderick Broucek. You won't regret it. He might have workload more than the other instructors, but he will make you fall in love with the readings. He is so nice and would be very cooperative in most situations. Just attend and do the readings and you'll easily get in the high 80s.
