General Biology II

Super nice and sweet! She explains it really well and writes it all down for you so that you can understand the chapter better. If you don't understand anything she wouldn't mind explaining to you several times and sometimes she gives you some time to catch up if she sees you struggling with writing the notes. Think not twice!

Khouzama for sure. All the lectures with her include taking down notes so it’s impossible for you to lose focus. She writes everything you need, to the tiniest detail that u might simply overlook in the book. With her notes, you can read the book once and you’ll do great.

Taking notes in class makes you able to learn the material quicker even if you can get the notes from anyone & I personally think Khouzama is one of the nicest professors you can encounter at aub.

Khouzama's explanation is the best. She writes notes in class which are very clear and organized, rather than reading slides.

Knio is great with notes and great explanation.

I feel like Knio is way too fast for you to keep up with her. She used to write her notes on a piece of paper placed on a projector, and I wouldn’t have time to either write them all down or to understand what she’s explaining. I ended up changing my section to Kreidieh; she uses slides at just the right pace so you can easily follow what she’s saying.

Knio is great. She teaches without powerpoints and the class is dependent on taking notes, so you understand a lot of things from the lecture itself. If you keep up, you’ll be able to understand everything she is explaining and she’s super attentive to every detail so you’ll score well on the exam. Other than that she’s just such a kind woman who’ll help you out readily whenever you have a problem.
