Organization Leadership

This course provides an in-depth examination of the leadership function within the work organization. Essential skills of effective leaders are diagnosed with respect to: goal setting, written and oral presentation, and behavioral flexibility. The behavioral dimension and impact of various skills are emphasized to explain the necessary leadership role of both technical and nontechnical personnel in the work organization.
