Description
This multimedia course examines the emerging forms of information delivered by computer and related convergence of print and broadcast media. Students will practice the latest digital revolution, how to use the technology, and how the interactive engagement between journalists and citizens has transformed the business. Blogging, podcasting, video, audio slideshow, social media, web writing, and citizen journalism will be examined and practiced. Prerequisite: JOU 210.
