Contemporary Art and Theory

The course considers the historical and theoretical interrelations between contemporaneity and contemporary art since the end of WWII. The course addresses the ways in which art production, reception and interpretation have undergone drastic transformations against the background of broader historical changes and theoretical paradigm shifts.
